Terms & Conditions:

• Inclusive of daily buffet breakfast at designated outlet.
• Inclusive of complimentary In-room internet access.
• Rate is inclusive of 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). Should these rates change or any other taxes, levies or charges be introduced into Malaysia.
• Rate subject to Selangor Sustainability Levy at MYR 7.00 net per room per night.
• The imposition of RM10.00nett per room per night Tourism Tax will be applicable to all Foreign guests staying at the hotel. However, Malaysia Citizens and Permanent Residents would be exempted from paying the tax.
• Official check-in time is AFTER 15:00 hrs; checkout time is 12:00 hrs. For guaranteed room availability prior to 15:00 hrs, the room must be pre-registered from the previous day at a full night's room rate. Late check-out (till 18:00 hrs) is subject to availability and is chargeable at 50% of the occupying room rate. For departure after 18:00 hrs, one full night room charge will be applicable.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability, determined by the day's arrival and departure pattern of the Hotel.
