Cancellation Policy

The Conference secretariat MUST be notified in writing of all cancellations / transfer of registration:

  • Cancellation ON or BEFORE 30th April 2026: 50% Refund
  • Cancellation FROM 1st May 2026: No Refund

* In circumstance where the registrant request for refund of registration fees, MOFAS reserved the right to deduct a 15% administrative fee on the total value of the amount claimed

Membership

MOFAS Membership

The registration price for MOFAS members is only applicable if your MOFAS membership is still valid. If your membership is no longer active, your conference registration will automatically be process as a non-MOFAS member.
